Seating is assigned when a deposit is made.
Checks should be made out to "Silver State Coach Trailways". Full
payment must be received on month prior to departure. If full
payment is not received, seats may be resold. Any and all refunds
will only be made if seats are resold! No refunds will be made for
a "no show" on scheduled departure date. Cancellations on trips
paid by credit card subject to a 4% fee, unless trip is cancelled by

Cancellations and transfers subject to a $5 fee. Office hours 8
a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Closed on Friday. Most
trips go rain or shine. Trip cancellation insurance is
recommended.
NOTE: All passengers requiring assistance with walking, dining or help with personal needs “MUST” be accompanied by a companion who is able to provide assistance. Casino perks offered are subject to change without prior notice.
